Speed Test Instructions:
Go to www.SpeedTest.net and click on the "Go":
Note: The test process will take a moment before it displays results.
Do not click on the ads; only need to click the Go button

The results will be displayed and the key points that need to be reported are the Ping, Download and Upload Speeds. Take a screen shot that include the info and also has the date and time from the Task Bar - all in the same image. Save the Screen shot and upload file to "+Upload Results Screen Shot" in application.
